About the Kings Holiday Park

Campsite in scenic surroundings

Kongernes Feriepark is located in the middle of Kongernes North Zealand, close to both forest and beach. It is located at Smidstrup Strand and is 2 km from the beach and approximately 7 km from Gilleleje. The place is currently run by Kim Lundshøj, who took over the place in 2018.

The majority of the buildings burned down in June 2004 and were subsequently rebuilt using modern building materials and intended for use as a campsite.

Within the past 20 years, a large number of cabins and a large, beautiful pool area as well as various activity areas have also been built.

The site has 4 stars with all modern amenities including a mini market and restaurant and is open all year round.

We focus on the experience

The lifeblood of the company is the service or experience that customers are offered at Kongernes Feriepark. We are therefore very aware of the service/product/experience and always from the customer’s perspective. Our guests should literally feel like kings and queens when they are on holiday at Kongernes Feriepark.

Why “Kings Holiday Park”

We would like to create a story about the North Zealand of the Kings. This is the storytelling that Visit North Zealand has already initiated together with the Danish Riviera.

This story is the overarching theme. Examples of this are:

The entrance road is called Kongevejen
The rooms are named after our queens.
The cabins are named after princesses, etc.
